Progress in Iraq Revisited

I think it would be a good time to review this post:

Since then, our KIA count has gone up, but is still under 4000. And, we just announce the lowest monthly casualties in a long time.

We are making progress and I stand by my original post. (And am surprised by how much I still agree with it.)
