I have heard many responses regarding SysAdmin Day. Most of them boil down to "Gee, was that today?" So here is your 9 month+ warning. If someone can have a child in that amount of time, you should be able to put together a good SysAdmin Day celebration. Whoever you are reading this, make it happen. It doesn't even have to be for me.
